Hey! I’m Justin, and next to me there is my wife, Christina. We have been traveling together since 2011, but really started to ramp things up in 2013 after having an amazing travel experience in the Pacific Northwest of the US. I’ve always felt that life is entirely too short to stay in one place. There are so many incredible things to see in our world, so many interesting people to meet, and so many adventures to embark upon. In 2013, we made the decision to really put ourselves out there, sometimes outside of our comfort zones even, and start making memories. After a few year of traveling the world, we decided to uproot our comfortable American life and relocate to Sweden, to experience a new life, culture, and more accessible travel opportunities.
Currently, I’m teaching math, science and English in a town near Stockholm called Eskilstuna. Being a teacher is a huge advantage for someone with a case of wanderlust as bad as mine, in that I’m off for 3 months in the summer, as well as plenty of time off at various times in the year. Here’s a picture of me at school:
My travels have been featured in The Daily Mail, Houston Chronicle, Texas Hill Country, The World Wanderers Podcast, and MSN Lifestyle.
